    As a Software Engineer in the Financing and Collection team at Bank Syariah Indonesia, I am responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that streamline financing processes and enhance collection efficiency. My role focuses on ensuring technology-driven improvements to support the bank's operational goals.

  • Designed and implemented robust backend services using Java Spring Boot and Outsystems, enabling scalable, efficient, and secure operations for financing and collections processes.
  • Developed and optimized user-friendly frontend systems with Laravel and NextJS, providing intuitive interfaces for monitoring, managing, and streamlining financing and collections workflows, ensuring timely follow-ups and significantly reducing overdue accounts.
  • Designed and implemented a financing recommender system leveraging Machine Learning techniques to identify and generate high-quality customer leads. The system was built with a robust MLOps pipeline that included MLFlow for comprehensive model tracking and experimentation, Jenkins for automating the training, testing, and deployment workflows, and MLServer by Seldon to ensure scalable and efficient model serving. This end-to-end solution significantly enhanced the bank's ability to target potential customers effectively and streamline financing operations.
